ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM WILL INCUR A SHIPPING CHARGE

The delivery times given below are from the date of dispatch and assume that the products you have ordered are in stock and available for shipment.
If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable at time of purchase then Careforyourself.co.uk. will email you a notification of what parts are unavailable & ask whether you would like to part ship the parts available now or wait for your entire order to become available. If you do not respond to our part shipment request within 5 days then we will automatically part ship to you the parts that are available now. Any delay in responding to this email will result in your goods being delayed before dispatch.
When selecting postal as your delivery method please bare in mind that in the unlikely event that you parcel is lost you will have to wait up to a 14 day wait before the post office will consider the parcel undelivered / lost.Careforyourself.co.uk can not despatch a free replacement until this time has elapsed. If your order has not been delivered and you require Careforyourself.co.uk. to despatch the goods again before this time then you will need to order and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirms the parcel is lost then Careforyourself.co.uk. will issue a refund for the undelivered goods.
Careforyourself.co.uk must be notified of damages within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment and packages not being delivered within 14 days. Please call if your shipment is damaged. Do not disgard the damaged goods OR packaging. Please return the items to Careforyourself.co.uk.
